Rebecca Neveu - Dietitian & Nutritionist at In Good Nutrition
Hi, I’m Rebecca.
Navigating nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. My goal is to make food choices simpler, more enjoyable, and most importantly, sustainable. Whether you’re managing chronic conditions, working through disordered eating, or looking to improve your relationship with food, I’m here to help you build practical, tailored strategies that work for your life.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to know what’s best for your body. That’s why I focus on making nutrition approachable, realistic, and aligned with your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you feel empowered and in control of your health.
My Story, Rebecca Neveu
Food has always been a passion of mine, even as a child. I remember creating “choose your own adventure meals” for my family (and yes, I even had an imaginary friend named Recipe!). My interest in nutrition grew during my time as a young athlete, when working with a dietitian showed me the direct impact nutrition could have on sports performance.

I knew I wanted a career where I could spend my days talking about food and being around it. This led me to pursue a career as a chef, which took me to many fine dining establishments, cooking competitions, and eventually earning my culinary arts diploma. However, I realized something was missing—the opportunity to connect with others and discuss how food can be both nourishing and delicious. It was at that point I remembered the positive impact my dietitian had on my life, and I realized what a perfect fit this career path was for me. I’ve even had the opportunity to develop and delivered practical food preparation training to current nutrition student.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition can support health, whether it's managing chronic diseases, helping people find balance with food, or redefining their relationship with food and their bodies. My background as a trained chef and athlete gives me a unique perspective: food should be nourishing, fuelling, and enjoyable. I’m passionate about helping my clients make that a reality. As a mom with young children, I also understand (all too well) the challenges of feeding little ones.

I believe in the power of small, sustainable changes that lead to lasting results. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and personalized care, ensuring that each plan is tailored to your specific needs and goals. As a dietitian, I’m here to support you on your journey—whether you’re seeking to optimize your health, manage a chronic condition, or simply feel better in your body.
